Application
You are applying for a role at Softcanyon. We assess you and other applicants against our selection criteria to create a shortlist for interviews.
Screening
This stage gives us a chance to get to know each other and to fill any information gaps either of us have. We will ask for your pay and employment needs.
Interviews
Usually two interviews (hiring manager and peer group) to assess skills, capabilities, fit to culture and team.
Reference
For our preferred candidate(s), we will complete reference checks and any other required credential verifications.
Assessment
In this stage we will undergo various evaluations based on previous stages facts to assess the right candidates fit for the role.
Offer
Once we have all the information we require, a decision to make a job offer is made.

Consultants spend much time working alongside client teams, often at the client’s location, sometimes ours, to help them solve their problems. This work will vary greatly between clients and assignments. There is a lot of variety, and the work often makes a meaningful difference to our clients and the communities they serve.
